Profile

This is Elliot Carver's method of starting a war between England and China, just for news ratings. Undetectable to radar, Stamper uses the Stealth Ships sea-drill to sink the HMS Devonshire at the beginning of the film. Stamper also orders the launch of a missile bringing down one of the Chinese MIG's, setting events in motion.

At the end of the film Bond and Wai Lin manage to board the Stealth Ship where they both take on Carver, Stamper and his henchmen in a series of excellent fight sequences. Bond and Wai Lin manage to breach a small hole in the Stealth Ships exterior, making it barely visible to radar, allowing the English and Chinese forces to stop imminent attacks on each other to investigate. Bond then proceeds to disable a cruise missile aboard the ship, intended to take out Beijing. After Wai Lin disables the Stealth Ship's speedy engines, the HMS Bedford manages to catch up and send the Stealth Ship to Davy Jones' locker. §
