Francisco Scaramanga used the junk as his main source of transportation to travel to various destinations from his remote island. Bond and Mary Goodnight steal his junk after Bond kills him as the island explodes at the end of the film. However, before Bond and Goodnight can get comfortable, Nick Nack appears, and after a failed assassination attempt on Bond's life, he secures Nick Nack in a cage atop one of the masts, and then gets back to business. §
