These dangerous parahawks are snowmobiles attached to a parachute propelled through the air using a large propeller at the rear. Bond and Elektra are confronted by these flying machines when they go skiing. Bond draws them away as they chase him dropping hand grenades and firing automatic weapons. Later a couple of parahawks ditch their parachutes and chase after Bond on the ground. With some cunning ideas, Bond manages to defeat all the parahawks, whether they be flying through the air, or driving along the ground. §
