This Acrostar Mini Jet is the worlds smallest jet aeroplane. Hidden within a horse trailer (complete with fake horse rear), Bond uses this jet in the pre-title sequence of Octopussy.
After Bond escapes being captured before he can complete his mission, he enters the horse trailer, seconds later exiting aboard the Acrostar Mini Jet. After narrowly missing his pursuers while accelerating down a road to take off, he is tracked by a heat-seeking missile. Unable to shake the persistent missile, Bond dives into a hanger where he attempts to fly through. However, as the doors start to close of him at the other end of the hanger, the Acrostar barely makes it through where the missile doesn’t, causing the hanger to explode, completing Bonds mission. §
