After Bond's exploits at the Nambutu embassy are captured by CCTV, M is called into a Parliament meeting when the news hits the worlds media. She emerges with Villiers angry and frustrated that Bond hasn't made his presence known. Villiers later assists Bond and M in finding out about the new Skyfleet S570 prototype being launched at Miami International that day. Portraying a seemingly secretarial/personal assistant role, Villiers perhaps take the role of any early 'Moneypenny'.
