At the beginning of the film the Guggenheim Museum is seen briefly in the background as Bond travels to meet Mr Lachaise at the Swiss Bank, and also appears after Bond has escaped.

About

Designed by Frank Gehry, the Guggenheim Museum first opened in October 1997. Created in part to bring back life to the surrounding area, it has become the main tourist attraction in Bilbao. With only one permanent exhibition, the museum features frequently changing works of art, which not surprisingly, are focused on the Avant-garde and modern fields of art.
