return policy for autographs
All autographs bought directly from james bond multimedia (not from bondstars.com) have a thirty day money back return-policy. Should you not be happy with an autograph, simply use the contact form and you will recieve a returns number and address. One you have returned the goods and they have been inspected to ensure they are in as new condition, your money will be refunded in not more than 30 days. When you are returning goods, make sure they are packaged well, and are in the condition they were in when you received them.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to james bond multimedia, and for the safe keeping of the goods during transportation back to james bond multimedia.
