At the beginning of the film Bond visits the Swiss banker Mr Lachaise where he is told to lay his Walther P99 on the table. What Mr Lachaise and the other men don't realise is that Bond's P99 has been modified to emit a strong stun flash. When things start to get heated, Mr Lachaise tells Bond that the odds are not on his side, to which he replies "Maybe you haven't taken into account my hidden assets", as he presses a button on the side of his spectacles, activating the flash. §
