Whilst in Q's lab Bond sees a couple of Q's technicians demonstrate a normal looking portable stereo system. A technician then presses a button to reveal a hole that soon launches a rocket devastating its target down the corridor. Q tells Bond he is making this for the Americans.
Q also tells a technician to make himself comfortable on a sofa. However as soon as the technician sits down, he is 'swallowed' by the sofa whose cushion rotates to hide the technician! §
