This nasty gadget worked in the very same way a mousetrap would work. When an object was placed inside the trap it would snap instantly shut. James Bond uses this when he is on his search for Blofeld. Blofeld orders one of his men to disarm 007, unknown to the henchman, Bond has the hand trap in place of his gun, providing a much needed distraction to take out Blofelds other henchmen.
This is a small membrane that has a fingerprint on it, which fits over the thumb. James Bond uses this when he meets Tiffany Case pretending to be Peter Franks. Tiffany uses the fingerprint Bond leaves on a glass to secretly check his fingerprints with Peter Frank's real fingerprints, resulting in Tiffany believing Bond is Peter Franks.
Bond uses this piton gun to scale Willard Whyte’s sloped penthouse, where the gun fires a series of ropes. After gaining entry through Willard Whyte’s toilet, Bond comes face-to-face with not one but two Blofelds. After being disarmed of his Walther PPK, Bond uses his piton gun to shoot Blofeld in the head. However Bond realises that he has only killed one of Blofelds doubles.
Blofeld uses this device to convince the world at large that he is Willard Whyte and not to arouse any suspicions about Willard Whyte’s kidnapping by imitating his voice. Bond uses a similar device designed by Q to imitate the voice of Bert Saxby to gain information about Willard Whyte's hostage location.
Whilst in Willard Whyte’s casino, Q takes the opportunity to test this nifty gadget. When slight pressure is applied to the case of a fruit machine at the correct moment, it causes the reels to stutter and stop, leaving a trail of winning lines!
Blofelds means of destruction in Diamonds Are Forever was this diamond laser satellite. Harnessing the power of a laser through diamonds to create a deadly accurate powerful destructive force, Blofeld destroys a number of military installations. Blofelds main target however is Washington D.C, where he aims to collect a large ransom to avoid its destruction.
This rather unusual device is the means of Bonds entry to Blofelds oilrig at the end of Diamonds Are Forever. The balloon is dropped from a plane where it parachutes to the water below. Bond then literally walks on water, unzipping the balloon where he reaches the oilrig.
This false-layered cake contained a small amount of explosive hidden inside with a timer delay. Bond catches assassins Mr Kidd & Mr Wint out when they act as waiters delivering the explosive surprise whilst Bond and Tiffany are aboard a luxury cruise ship. Bond manages to dispose of the would-be killers overboard along with the bomb that explodes seconds later.
