Bond tells Q descriptions about a suspects facial characteristics that once complete, the database could be checked for matches from files of the French Sûreté, Interpol, Mossad, CIA and the West German Police. The database finds a match and prints out the suspects' image, the man being Emile Leopold Locque. §
