Max Kalba played by Vernon Dobtcheff is the sixth villain of The Spy Who Loved Me. After Bond discovers the appointment Aziz Fekkesh has with Kalba, he decides to take his place and investigate further.
Meeting Major Anya Amasova at the club owned by Kalba, the two spies express their interest in the submarine tracking system Kalba has for sale. However, before bidding can commence Kalba is called to the phone, where a waiting Jaws murders him and steals the microfilm.
