Starred In The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
After Bond discovers the appointment Aziz Fekkesh has with Kalba, he decides to take his place and investigate further. Meeting Major Anya Amasova at the club owned by Kalba, the two spies express their interest in the submarine tracking system Kalba has for sale. However before bidding can commence, Kalba is called to the phone where a waiting Jaws murders him and steals the microfilm.
A seemingly wealthy, serious character, Max Kalba is the owner of an Egyptian nightclub and takes possession of the submarine tracking system. Bond shows his interest in buying the submarine tracking system, when Anya appears saying she would also like to bid for the item. Kalba dryly replies to Bond "From where I sit, I think you will find the ladies figure hard to match". §
