Hector Gonzales played by Stefan Kalipha is the second villain of For Your Eyes Only. Gonzales delivers Melina Havelock back to her parents aboard the Triana at the beginning of the film using an ordinary looking seaplane.
After taking off and circling around, he activates the planes underbelly machine gun assassinating both Melina’s parents. Gonzales later gives the order to kill Bond when he is captured reconnoitring his Spanish estate after he spots Gonzales getting paid off by Emile Leopold Locque. Bonds life is saved when Melina kills Gonzales with her Crossbow.
