Pan Ho played by Papillon Soo Soo is the third villain of A View To A Kill. Pan Ho is first seen when Bond and Sir Godfrey Tibbett arrive at Zorins château.
Bond gives her his invitation, which she struggles with pronouncing his name. She is later seen at the reception in the company of Jenny Flex and May Day, drinking champagne, and talking to guests. Pan Ho and Jenny Flex later provide a suitable distraction at the a petrol station where Tibbett is about to wash the car, giving May Day the chance to enter the car undetected.
Pan Ho is not seen again until much later in the film where she gives Zorin two Molotov cocktails to help kill Bond. She later appears overseeeing proceedings inside the Main Strike Mine. It is here while during her pursuit of Bond, that both her and Jenny Flex are drowned by the onslaught of the flood waters.

Pan Ho is another henchwoman working for Zorin in co-operation with Jenny Flex. Skilled in making Molotov cocktails, she generally assists Jenny Flex and May Day in the removal of any enemies. Little else is learnt about the character, who only says one line in the film, one she gets wrong trying to pronounce Bonds alias. §
