Sandor played by Milton Reid is the fourth villain of The Spy Who Loved Me. Sandor is employed by Karl Stromberg to eliminate anyone who comes into contact with the microfilm containing the submarine tracking system.
Waiting for Bond to meet with Aziz Fekkesh at his apartment, Sandor waits for the opportune moment to assassinate Bond. Told to entertain him, Felicca is with Bond for only a few moments before she decides to warn him of Sandor's plan. Felicca unwittingly gives her life to save Bond, someone whom she only met minutes ago. Bond makes pursuit of Sandor who escapes up to the roof, where 007 manages to control the fight they have culminating in Sandor being pushed off the roof to his death.
