Krilencu played by Fred Haggerty is the final Villain of From Russia With Love. Krilencu is ordered by SMERSH to kill Kerim Bey after he is suspected of killing a number of their agents.
In his first attempt Krilencu places a mine on the outside wall of Kerim's headquarters, exploding just as Kerim is away from his desk for a few minutes. In the second attempt Krilencu and his men attack the gypsy camp where Kerim and Bond are visiting.
Kerim gets his revenge when he takes Bond to Krilencu's hideout. After scaring him out, Kerim shoots Krilencu using Bond's sniper rifle.

Krilencu is a Bulgarian killer working for SMERSH to eliminate Western agents in Turkey. Krilencu mistakenly believes it is Kerim Bey who has assassinated a number of SMERSH agents, when in fact both Krilencu and Kerim are unaware the true enemy is SPECTRE. §
