Film information

Colonel Heller played by Don Stroud is the final villain of Licence To Kill. After winning in a casino owned by Franz Sanchez, Bond forces Lupe Lamora to take him to see the drug lord.

While offering his customary introduction, he is interrupted mid-sentence by Heller who politely asks him to sit down. It is Heller who leads the assault on the hideout where narcotics agents Kang & Loti are holding Bond captive. At the end of the film Bond manages to convince Sanchez that Heller is trying to steal his stinger missiles, eventually leading Heller to be killed by Sanchez impaling him on a forklift.

Character information

Head of security for Sanchez, Heller seems to do a good job; being very protective of his boss and lets no unauthorised personnel get near him. Taking on the role of bodyguard and leader of Sanchez’s own personal army, Heller eliminates any trouble that Sanchez might experience. §
