Final UK Quads designed and painted by Frank McCarthy and Robert McGinnis featured three distinct designs for the You Only Live Twice posters. Style A's artwork showcased Blofelds volcano lair with rocket, Style B featured Little Nellie's helicopter fight and Style C featured Bond taking a bath with numerous exotic women. The US 1-Sheet featured the same artwork as the UK Quad Style B, but cropped the artwork slightly to fit the US 1-Sheet format.
International versions of You Only Live Twice posters generally opted for the artwork used on the US 1-Sheet and UK Quad Style B, with a few countries using the artwork of UK Quad Styles A and C. §
