Once again David Chasman designed the US poster, this time with collaboration from Robert Brownjohn who designed the UK Quad. For the first time this lead to the US 1-Sheet being bold and colourful. The 1-Sheet featured the provocative full-length golden girl image, with small photographic scenes from the film.
The UK Quad took a very innovative approach featuring just a close-up image of the golden girl as the main image. Designed by Robert Brownjohn, the image was taken directly from the main title sequence, also designed by Brownjohn. The alternative Quad replacing the image of the golden girl with a golden hand was created for the Irish market where the image of the golden girl was thought too risqué.
International designs varied greatly, with most countries using either the full length or close-up image of the golden girl with original artwork. §
