Tilly Masterson is first introduced when Bond is following Auric Goldfinger when he lands in Geneva.
007 is calmly driving along the road when Tilly speeds around a corner and beeps her horn wanting to get past. Bond obliges and decides to pursue when he sees her drive past. A few seconds later however he restrains himself commenting "Discipline 007".
Shortly afterward Bond stops on the edge of a hill when he notices Goldfinger has stopped below him. Tilly, unknown at the time, tries to shoot Goldfinger but misses completely nearing hitting Bond in the process. Tilly escapes in her car and 007 makes pursuit.
After a short game of cat and mouse, Bond uses the tyre shredder feature on his Aston Martin and shreds both of Tilly's tyres. He agrees to escort her to the nearest garage but she refuses any additional help.
Bond and Tilly Masterson meet up once more at Goldfinger's factory, where once again she is trying to kill Goldfinger. Bond stops her, but she accidentally sets of an alarm.
Goldfinger's men pursue Tilly and Bond in his Aston Martin, and by using it's various features he disposes of some of the following cars. However the road suddenly stops, forcing Tilly to run into the forest with 007 giving cover fire. Oddjob however is on the scene, and with a throw of his hat, she's dead.
About
Tilly Masterson seems to be a very serious person. She is not at all interested in Bond, and borders on being rude. She interrupts 007 as he is introducing himself and is very defensive.
She obviously gives a false name when Bond spots Tilly's case on the back shelf of the Aston Martin - T.M. He questions her about the case, obviously containing her rifle, which she tells Bond contains her ice skates, another lie which Bond catches her out on.
It later becomes clear that Jill Masterson was her sister, and she wants to kill Goldfinger to get revenge. However she fails in her task when the man who killed her sister kills her.
Trivia
A well known British fashion model, Tania Mallet had no acting experience when she was cast in the role of Tilly Masterson. She retired from acting a couple of years later, but remained in popular demand by fashion magazines. §
