Secretary to Mr Osato, they arrive by helicopter when Bond has a meeting with the industrialist. After Bond leaves, Osato orders Brandt to kill him.
Later at Kobe docks Bond is captured and taken to see Helga. Knowing that she will be killing Bond later, she allows herself to be seduced by Bond pretending to defect to his side. Whilst Bond travels with her in a Cessna aeroplane, she creates a smoke screen when she drops her lipstick bomb. This allows time for Bond to be restrained, and for her to parachute out whilst the plane is sent into a nose dive. Bond manages to escape his binds, and control the plane enough to make a crash landing, narrowly escaping before the plane blows up.
Later she accompanies Mr Osato to meet Blofeld at is base of operations, but due to her series of failures she is dropped into large tank of very hungry piranha fish. Nasty.
About
This luscious redhead works for Mr Osato as his secretary. She is however, like Mr Osato, a member of SPECTRE. It seems like Helga is ranked quite lowly in the organisation, at number 11, so she is given all the 'dirty work' to do.
She appears to be an expert at torturing people using plastic surgeons tools. However very much like Fiona Volpe, she enjoys seducing Bond first, before she tries to kill him. §
