Profile
After the pre-title sequence, Bond drives his Aston Martin DB5 through the French mountains where his passenger, Caroline, informs him that she has been sent by M to psychologically evaluate Bond. Moments later Xenia pulls up alongside Bond, where they proceed to enjoy a game of cat and mouse – shades of a shorter scene with Bond and Tilly Masterson in Goldfinger.
After encountering Bond at a Monte Carlo casino, Xenia leaves with an Admiral to an expensive yacht where she steals the Tiger Helicopter along with General Arkady Grigorovich Ourumov.
They then travel to the Severnaya Space Facility in Russia. After Ourumov gets the codes and keys to fire the Goldeneye satellite, Xenia assassinates all the staff, apart from Natalya Fyodorovna Simonova, who manages to outwit her and hide.
Making a deal with Valentin Zukovsky to set him up with Janus, Xenia visits Bond's hotel where she tries to kill Bond using her favourite method – strangulation of her lover/victim with her thighs. After Bond gains the upper hand, he instructs her to take him to Janus. After making a short appearance aboard Alec Trevelyan’s Armour Train, Xenia takes on Bond and Natalya after their plane crashes in Cuba. Bond manages to clip Xenia to the rope she used to drop from her helicopter, then shoots the helicopter, forcing it to move away taking Xenia with it. This consequently sends her flying backwards into a tree, squeezing her to death when she gets stuck.
About
An extravagant exotic character, Xenia Onatopp makes a visually stunning villainess. Georgian, former Soviet fighter pilot, this seductive femme fatale enjoys killing, and where possible gets much pleasure out of strangling her lovers in the bedroom.
Putting a seductive, sexually suggestive twist on most aspects, Xenia also enjoys fast cars, cigars and winning – something she becomes increasingly annoyed at when she looses to Bond on a number of occasions. §
