Like the other girls Nancy's reason for being in Blofelds clinic is to cure her food allergy. Bond sets a date with both Ruby and Nancy one hour apart. Bond gets over zealous as his bedroom antics unveil his cover. As Blofeld points out to 007 the real Sir Hilary Bray would not seduce female patients in clinics. §
