Profile
In The Living Daylights, Moneypenny features in a couple of small scenes where she tries to track down the mysterious girl with the cello, Kara Milovy. Licence To Kill does not fare much better for Miss Moneypenny either. She is barely seen at all, apart from one small scene where she gets criticised by M for making mistakes on some papers, and for her lack of professionalism in dealing with Bond's resignation from Her Majesty's Secret Service.
About
For the first time in twenty-five years Lois Maxwell does not play Miss Moneypenny, this role falls to Caroline Bliss. Sadly due to limitations in the script, Caroline Bliss does not get to establish herself in the role. Seen only very briefly in both films, Bliss' Moneypenny lacks the charm of previous films, and is too eager to please Bond, with him barely acknowledging her subtle flirts and offers of listening to her Barry Manilow collection. She still ensures that she looks after Bond though, and in Licence To Kill she unofficially sends out Q to help him with his mission. §
